The property was quiet, impeccably kept, and beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The private beach is just perfect! We will return here, but next time we will ask to be in a room farther back from the beach because there was a very loud bar open next door until 4am every morning.

Good spot close to beach. You have to be careful where you walk, the properties around are all inclusive and you aren't allowed to walk on their beach. Plenty of resturants within walking distance. Staff wasn't super friendly since we didn't speak Spanish fluently.

Comfortable and in a great location

Our beachfront suite was nicer than expected, it was literally steps to the sand and had a small balcony and good sized patio with our own lounge chairs. Air conditioning was on upon arrival so the room was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the front desk staff spoke english very well. We had a great time here.

Lots of room for improvement!

Loved the area and walk to restaurant. Beach was covered with weeds, needing to be picked up or raked. Had no water during our stay for a shower in the morning. Came on and then lost it again.

The property needs some renovations inside our villa#34, but the beach is five steps away. The beach is clean and the nice Italian man has the palapas and the benches ready for you. There are some good restaurants on the beach. Soles restaurant with Argentinean parrillada and villa blanca restaurant has good food too. Rosa at the reception desk is a jewel to solve any inconvenient you have.

No free bottles only on arrival. I had a box of pizza next morning it was full of ants. Customer service was not good. Housekeeping terrible cleaning. Out of 9 days I got one clean towel for the beach. I had to ask for my towels for shower to be changed. Room was cleaned every 3 days.
