book beach view but no beach view at all, rooms are nasty and stuff broken in bathroom and patio is very dirty with dust, worst hotel ever.

when you arrive you don't feel welcome the person at the reception is rude you ask something and he answers you in a bad mood, second they make you pay for electricity apparently they charged me an extra $100 just for electricity, third the beds are Super uncomfortable it's like sleeping on top of a piece of concrete, I don't recommend the place, they need an update, the person who took our bags to our room was kind but because he knows that you are going to give him a tip, the place is a bit intimidated because they are in the middle of a construction and there is a lot of noise that you will definitely not be able to sleep at night ..

First, the positives - The beach right next to the property is great if you like calm, relaxed swimming. Unfortunately there is a huge seaweed problem right now, but that's not the properties fault obviously.
The property is close to restaurants, easy to walk to.
Downsides unfortunately far outweigh the positives. The rooms, at least the one I had (45) looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the pictures in the advertisement. Walls have cracks everywhere, the bathroom / shower are pretty disgusting with rust everywhere, more cracks, shower heads that are falling off the wall...etc. There is a small fridge, small coffee maker and TV in the room, a ceiling fan and AC that worked well at least. I felt like I was staying in a room that had last been "updated" maybe 20 years ago.
Wifi, unless you're a) on the beach, b) in front of the office, or c) standing in the middle of the walkways, is pretty much non-existent. You might get lucky and get a very, very weak signal from your balcony. Maybe. The front desk man just kept telling me that they're working on the antennas. Never got any better.
All in all, the beach at the property is the only real draw. If I could go back, I'd rent a condo for a cheaper price and be in a nice setting with a kitchen and actual furniture.

I was very pleased with my experience at this property. The manager Antonio did an excellent job attending to our needs. I would truly recommend this property if you are looking for a "good bang for your buck."
The villas are a little outdated, but the atmosphere (tranquility, beach view) makes it all worth it! Our villa was "a stone throw" away from the ocean.
This is NOT an all-inclusive resort, but it's the perfect spot if you are looking to have a peaceful time without rules, schedules to follow, activities to catch up.
I will be returning with my family and a few friends soon.
You have the spa and also many dining options within walking distance.

Great location and easy access to the beach. Property is nice for the price. Do not rent here with high expectations and you will enjoy this property. Staff is friendly, but limited in the services they can provide. only issues were having to ask for Towels because the room was not cleaned on the day it was promised. Had booked this villa with Breakfast included, but staff would not honor this. I was told that my rate was too good to have free breakfast, and that Travelocity made a mistake. Beautiful beach, but was impossible to relax due to constant harassment by beach workers trying to sell you excursions.

The unique thing about this hotel is that even when is not an all imclusive one it has a lot to offer oroumd the area and over all the beach and the view that is only steps from it..The beach,the ocean and the palm trees makes the view stonning that takes your beath away. The Room where we stayed even tho its Calles the Moom Star room or i dont kmow lol needs a lot of updates ..Shower , Closets, Courtains need to be changed or cleaned cuz they are really dusty ..Lamps are old come broken ..Friedge ,Stove and more ..i have a big list but it will take forever lol these are the things in my room that i didt find pleasable....just a warning for those who doesnt like to be battered if you go to the beach you will be follwed by people that wants you to buy either surveniers of wants you to buy any atractions from them ..the more you say no the more they try to convince you..they are like flies that chase you till you get blood sucked ..lol they are anoying but i understand that somehow they have to find the ways to make money..is their job ..aver all it waa a wonderful and new exprience ..

Below expectations
Bare minimum in terms of room. Funny smell in bathroom. No drink service located on beach. NO shuttle service included in price, they will attempt to charge you $45USD for a short car ride (ridiculous). Front desk disorganized and clueless. Breakfast is nice!

Sir, nobody has charged you anything extra, when you arrived there was no problem with the room and if you have any problem please go to the reception and talk to the person in charge to solve the incident
