Let me start by saying I am not typically a resort lover, especially all inclusive. I usually prefer to get out and see the towns and cities nearby and eat local food. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Most of the staff was amazing. The food was just so so, in my opinion. I wanted to get out and see more but all that was available was very touristy tours mostly non-Dominican food. I recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway or for a family that wants to stay on campus. I knew it wouldn’t be the most cultural experience, but I hoped to find some. There was almost zero.

This was my second stay at this resort and it was even better than the first one. The rooms are kept clean and are beautifully maintained. The staff is amazing. They are always smiling, laughing and super eager to please. The food is plentiful and extremely fresh and tasty. There is enough variety to please everyone and food is available all day long. The alcohol is top of the line and there is no limit to the amount you can order. I stayed at the Club this time (18+ ages) and the extra money was well worth it. Our butler, Melvin, took very good care of us throughout our stay. This resort is amazing!

Starting Reception Struggled with English Room Very clean and large. Very stingy in Towel. Only 2 towels for for shower and one for hand. Complaint about it and no response We were 7 families and all of them has the same complain Food They have 6 restaurants The main buffet restaurant (called Flavor) just way lower quality and varieties in comparison to other hotels See and Sea restaurant amount of flies we saw every day is unbelievable. Sounds the staff is helpless and careless about these flies on food Italian Restaurant great food and good service Steakhouse food and service are ok Staff most of them are great and friendly Few of them are awful overall does not serve more than three stars
