This was my first trip to the Dominican Republic and I was so unbelievably happy that I chose to stay at Majestic Elegance. My family stayed for seven nights in early June. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with drinks and a wet towel. The staff are so incredibly welcoming, and appreciative. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay at Majestic is top notch. We stayed on the family side, but some of my family members were in Elegance Club. The resort offers 6 restaurants, one including a buffet. My family and I loved the hibachi and fine dining restaurant, although I was not a fan of the main buffet, my family and I were able to eat breakfast and lunch at the beachside restaurant that serv

Magestic elegance did not have our room ready at time of check-in. Then since we booked our shuttle service with Expedia through Travelocity. Any excursion had to be booked through Expedia. We booked a zipline and monkeyland tour through Expedia, Reps Hugues and June and were lied to. 15 minutes before our trip departure they came up to in in lobby and told me we have a problem. We couldn't cancel and was not reimbirsed our $250

Facility is very nice, the beach is absolutely beautiful, Our waitress, Jeni and bartender, Victor were always very attentive and nice, really enjoyed our time on the beach. The entertainment staff were very hardworking to keep all the activities going all day and night.

Everthing was great especially the workers from the servers, bartenders, maid, ground crew who keep the grounds looking great, the entertainers at night, the meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you are going to Punta Cana! This is the best place, the BEST FOOD on All Inclusive I ever tasted. Rooms are excellent and the service will never let you down. Try Club! Have better pools!

Our first night we were placed in a room behind a giant stage. Music played until 11:30 PM. After talking to front desk we had our room moved the next day. We were also to receive $25 credit for spa treatment after booking on Travelocity. We did not receive and credits for the spa. We were also to receive a free round of golf with 5 night stay. After multiple attempts to book tee time we gave up because phone line was cut to course. It is a nice resort with good restaurants. Just that a lot of the extras that we had paid for were not accessible to us. Past resorts the butler would check with us on departure times and arrange for bags to be brought to lobby. This was not the case. We carried the bags the length of resort ourselves.
