Majestic Elegance exceeded my expectations! The beach and pools are gorgeous, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food and drinks were plentiful with lots of variety, and the entertainment kept things fun without being overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful all-inclusive experience — I’d happily come back and highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful experience with staff, check-in and out process was easy. The room was nice, well kept, and housekeeper kept everything well stocked. We took advantage of the Swim-Up Bar and it was very nice and accommodating. Dining options was good it offered buffet style options for breakfast/lunch or restaurant style. My overall best restaurant was 9 Doors, Japanese 10/10.

This was my third time at Majestic Elegance. Overall, the stay was good, but I felt the entertainment was just okay—nothing special, maybe because it was off-season or a lower budget. The food selection had a lot of seafood, . I was also looking forward to a sauna and steam room, but apparently, they only offer massages.

Omg What an amazing place, the staff and the beautiful beach. I would have love to stay longer like ten days was not enough. Let me tell you the staff literally goes out for their way to accommodate, food is what ever you desire, they will make it for you. Ismael bartender. At the pool one in a million, Rafaela, room service manager, all the bartenders at the main lobby, cleaning staff Ana Maria, Ramon, every staff at the Majestic elegance. Can’t forget my butler Henry. I would need 2 pages to name them all. I have never been treated so well in my entire life, or any other places I been. This vacation has been a blessing and a privilege to have been around these wonderful people and place. Congratulations in hiring the best staff having the cleanest hotel in Punta Cana I will definitely return. This is my number one spot for the rest of my life. Thank you again. Love love love!!!

The seaweed was unbearable to really enjoy to the fullest but we knew the risk this time of year until late October I been told it hangs around. Food in the restaurants was ok to very good depending on whether you had buffet items or night time reservations to their main ones like the Italian, Steak, and French restaurants. Those were much better than thexrest but the service in any area of the place is UNMATCHED. They are the sweetest staff but extremely attentive and helpful at ALL times, especially around the pool area. Very much recommended 👌 and as Carlos would say ( one of the head waiters around)..."EXCELLENT- AY"

This resort was amazing. Great entertainment, beautiful pool, huge variety of food. The staff was alway very corteous and helpful. We went in a group of moms and daughters and we had an amazing time. Must do: restaurant Assadito (it is a steak house) and watch all shows at night, they are really good.
