The VIP experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The view was good although the seaweed was intrusive. The food options could have been better but still okay. I really enjoyed my time.

Perfect room location, staff excellent! My recommendation the most I love was lunch and dinner at the Italian restaurant, Iselso takes care of every detail to make your lunch and dinner unforgettable such a great team. As my 3rd vacation with majestic resorts I totally recommend Marcelo as your concierge.. why? Out of my 3 experiences with concierge’s Marcelo is a 100 out of 10 I guarantee it . In my others stay at majestic the concierge where great, excellent attention but Marcelo is another thing. The majestic elegance is an experience you must have in your check bucket list. Oh and don’t forget the lobby bar where Carmen and Indhira are going to make a quiet and relax time memorable. Thank you Majestic Resorts for make every stay an unforgettable experience, adventures and new memories to remember.✨🤍💫

We had room 2242 a junior suite by the pool. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Well maintained beach. Had an issue with our phone working and they fixed it right away. Communication could be difficult as many of the workers didn’t speak/understand English. They would say, “Yes, I understand” but then we wouldn’t get what we needed. I will have to use my translation app more next time. Many pools but the two we were in had chipped tiles at the bottom so it made it uncomfortable to walk and made the pool experience not as positive as we would have liked. Food was great. A lot of dessert options in the buffets. Wish our room was closer to the food options as we only had 1 food place by the beach and room service near us. At night, room service is NOT free. That I did not like. There was a late night fast food place open but we went one night and the whole menu wasn’t available only chicken wings and it was a Monday night at 11pm (they stay open till 7am) For an all inclusive, we should have more access to late night food options at no additional cost. Overall, nice relaxing experience. Resort was beautiful. Would visit again.

Upon arrival we were told that we would be upgraded to a room that was $250 more.And we would get it for free as long as we gave the lady at check-in some money. What?? Its off season i understand but why are you asking for $$$ we are your guests!! The room we got that was supposedly so wonderful actually had the worst air conditioning, the shower broke, the toilet clogged. And it was no better than the cheaper. And I gave the lady $50 at the desk for helping us out what a joke!! We were kicked out of the pool at 6 PM each night Most of the restaurants were closed when we wanted to go Listen I understand there are off and on seasons. But you should staff correctly for all seasons. So everyone has a great time. Because I wanted to bring around a group of 20 people next year. But I may be looking somewhere else.
