We went on a family vacation and had a great time. We’ve been on numerous all inclusive trips so we’d like to think we can post an accurate review. The children’s splash pool and kids activities were so fun, some of the best we’ve seen. The beach was extremely well maintained with soft white sand, a great swimming area The food was good for an all inclusive with enough variety at the buffet that everyone could choose something they liked. The restaurants were on par with any other resort (except for steakhouse-see below) The drinks were spectacular both poolside and at any of the many bars! Roberto at the lobby bar was the best drink maker ever! The lobby area was huge and such a great place to hang out. They had it beautifully decorated for Christmas The room was pretty spacious and clean with a good sized balcony. Very quiet rooms huge plus Cons: the main pool needs maintenance, tiles were literally falling off the walls and bottom to the point parts were sharp and difficult to stand on. The showers in all 3 of our rooms backed up and didn’t drain well that you were standing in ankle deep water. Moments of no hot water The evening entertainment started late 9-9:30pm so for anyone with kids it didn’t make sense The steakhouse restaurant was awful. Steaks were rubbery not seasoned well. All in all a fun stay, and none of the cons were real deal breakers.

We stayed here at the Elegance Club adult only side. Our butler Melvin was excellent, he made sure that we had everything that we needed, he was polite, respectful and just a good person. We had a junior suite, the room was very clean, you can tell in some spots there is some updating needed but it was clean. The resort itself was very clean; the bartenders were really nice and friendly. the bellhop, we didn't encounter any staff that wasn't friendly and helpful. The room service was great. The overall food at the resort and restaurants, its resort food, didn't really have a lot of flavor but it was edible. The casino was ok, not big at all, a few slot machines, black jack and roulette. Overall we had a good time, everyone was polite, the resort was clean, and we enjoyed ourselves. The food was the only downside, not always hot and no flavor.

Room was great! Facilities were great! Staff was the biggest disappointment of my whole stay. Food was okay but no options for less sugars. Licor was not top brands Entertainment groups were poor not a lot of activities and the staff in some activities i even found them disrespectful.
