The property was very nice. The service across the board was great. Anny Luciano checked us in and reviewed everything they had to offer. She kept in contact with us every day. She was great. The Level suite was very spacious and beyond what we expected. The Level experience was great. The Riviera for Level customers was great for our dining. We also loved the pool. Hector and Cecilia served us at the La Hacienda and they also deserve a shout out for their service. As does Reimond at Tauro steak house. The property and rooms were always clean. We would recommend it for sure.

Terrible service. Terrible staff. Got ZERO of the VIP perks from Expedia. They would not honor any of the credits at all. Check in time was delayed 2 hours past the guaranteed room ready. We had a dirty room when we finally got one. Staff was disgustingly rude about the credit use and basically said they don’t honor Expedia perks. Room had leftover food in it. Transport to excursions didn’t show up on time. It was an absolute nightmare. I have been to 3-4 different resorts in Punta Cana and this is by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and choose any other place.

Clean rooms, great service, food was 7/10. The level is 1000x worth it. Only.down side is getting bugged on the beach. It seemed relentless some days but the hotel was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have asked for!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, especially considering the high price for just one night. When you’re paying that much to stay away from home, you expect something special — but it was far from that. Food options were extremely limited. As a VIP member on Expedia, you’re supposed to receive certain benefits, yet none were honored. The hotel advertises spa credits, but apparently you must stay a minimum of five nights to qualify — something that’s NOT stated anywhere beforehand. I was attending a wedding elsewhere and had to get ready in a common restroom because my room wasn’t ready on time. On top of that, the drinks at the bar were low quality, and the bartender genuinely thought grenadine was an alcoholic ingredient… seriously? Overall, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly upset about wasting so much money for a single night that didn’t deliver on even the basics. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

On arrival check in took an hour, after 30 mins more waiting for a buggy we said we would walk to room to find it was literally opposite reception area, another 30 mins for luggage to arrive. Queueing for main buffet took too long

The property was gorgeous and the staff were always courteous and attentive. We were upgraded to The Level because of the main pool closure, and it was wonderful. It is an experience I would pay for should we go back. The food quality was lacking a bit, and while there was plenty of it, I only enjoyed one of our dinners out of the five days. The beaches are gorgeous and well-cared for and maintained, but don’t expect clear blue water. The resort areas in general are not located in the pristine waters, but we have traveled south to the national parks areas, which are stunning. Overall, we would definitely go back to Punta Cana and this resort.

Spa prices are not what the online page said. The coupons Expedia said we would be getting were not true, they were different in how you can use them and also not the amount of 30$. We didn't get the wine bottle also even when we asked for it in the lobby. The jacuzzi didn't worked at first, but the repaired it next day. Food in buffet is ok, food in restaurants is very good, good alcohol drinks only in lobby bar. Service good, pools good, beach good. Very clean hotel. Low score only because of the Spa annoyance.
