Bueno, tengo opiniones encontradas, En el hotel fueron muy amables pero nos dieron la habitación equivocada, con vista hacia las plantas. A la hora nos movieron a una con vista al mar(como se había comprado) pero con dos camas y no la King que escogimos. Al llegar a la habitación no había toallas y tuvimos que secarnos con las fundas. Las toallas llegaron después de la cena y fueron escasas. En la mañana te encuentras con uno de los chicos que tratan de llevarnos a una orientación son encantadores (Rafael) se porto excelente. Luego que te convencen te llevan al otro hotel y llega un empleado. Al comienzo que trata de vender el "time share" usan una muy mala estrategia. El esforzar al huésped a que lo compren es absurdo. Una inversion de $10,000 o mas es una en que la lógica y el sentido común indica que se tienen que tener los datos para decidirlo. Creo que ese concepto de mercadeo es erróneo. Muchísimos clientes vuelven al hotel disgustados y se llevan el recuerdo del mal momento que pasaron. El vendedor (le dijimos así pero el dice que es un corrporativo,no un vendedor, estima alta) aunque no falta el respecto , cambia su actitud y te dice que no somos compradores potenciales. De una persona amable pasa a ser frio y te expresa que no nos va a "clavar" a una orientación de 90 minutos para nada. Este vendedor llamado Phillips ni siquiera nos dejo desayunar y aunque nos dio los tickets de los delfines optamos por no ir. Nos incomodó y nos hizo perder el tiempo. Se le di

The first night was ok. The second night two kids checked into the room next door and trashed it. I got no sleep and about midnight demanded to be moved to another room. The next night about 1 AM a drunk and his girlfriend where screaming and fighting in the hall. This went on until 3 AM. Security came but just stood around and did nothing. There is no management at this hotel, the food is lousy and you can only get it at limited times, the a/c is pretty weak, the casino is a joke,...it's the worst hotel I have stayed in.

The amenities at the hotel are ok, the rooms are old and have a bit of a humid smell they need to be upgraded. Food was alright, the pool room looked abandoned, all pool sticks broken looks like it has not been maintain in years, and the all the bars magically run about of liquor and they only serve beer. Pague por una supuesta cena d langosta en la playa y fue todo horrible la cena no la pifiamos comer la Langosta cruda y ala final me la querían cobrar , dure 3 días y no pude casi ni comer la comida súper mala

Had a nice at the hotel. Excellent staff especially the lobby. Good food and drinks. Excellent pool and beach. Only negative is hotel a little dated. But friendly more than makes up for it.

This was our 2nd trip here. We upgraded to the Premium Level which was worth every single penny. Having easy access to Wi-Fi when it was needed was fantastic. The Premium Level suite was also a nice escape from the larger, busier bars. You could probably say the rooms could be upgraded, but they were clean, spacious and fully functional. Our view of the ocean was spectacular. The beach is I think the best of the resorts in the area. I felt that the staff was actually friendlier this time and I thought better at communicating in English. The food is the only thing that I find needing some improvement. It might just be that I don't understand DR approach to food but there were meals that were awful. As a return guest we got to attend a special dinner which was the best food of anyplace we ate - they should extend some of that food to the resort in general. I would easily recommend this resort to anyone. For the price the resort is absolutely great, the beach is perfect and don't be afraid to upgrade a little - well worth it!
