The room was spacious and clean. (Although the cleaning staff did attempt to steal my iphone charger)... The food was "average" except the Wok Restaurant, which was great! The grounds, the pool layouts, and the beach were so beautiful. The pool was too cold though.. Above all, the service was excellent! Always someone asking and watching for anything you might need. (Except the checkin process was exceptionally time consuming and not streamlined.)

Staff were amazing- friendly and helpful! Nancy was the best housekeeper. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. You can find properties with better food, but probably not at this price point.

The staff was amazing and the food is excellent. The views of the sea are spectacular. The property is next to an incredible beach just outside the resort with almost no people. The one negative is the lack of activities - no golf, no snorkling, no hiking, no tours, no game room so you get stuck on the resort, which can get very boring after a week. The villas are private but the rest of the resort especially the new buildings are a bit like being on a cruise ship and quite crowded.

Bar had good selections. Pool was not crowded. Beach was clean. Room was damp, humid but overall good. Service was outstanding. Moises the bell host was excellent. Took good care of us. As well as others were very helpful.

I give this property a 3.7. TV was broken and the maint guy, just shoved the cable in, rather then fix it. Towl bar was also broken, he reinstalled it and it fell without even puting a towl on in. When you ask a question to 95% of the staff, they can only answer qestions if it is their job, with very broken english. Example, ask a resturant greater how to get somehere on property, ie, the closest restroom, they have no idea what you are talking about. All inclusive means all inclusive, but not here. Excellence is a true All Inclusive. Will not stay again.
