This home sits on a corner lot near the rear of the Island Club development. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can sleep up to eight guests. Entering through the front door, guests walk into the combined kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has full-size appliances, as well as the tools you need to make and eat a tasty meal. This is a superb way to save money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. Through the kitchen, guests continue into the living room. A flat-screen TV with DirecTV service is provided. There is a sliding glass door that exits to the wrap around wooden deck. This deck comes complete with a picnic table and propane grill. This home can park up to two vehicles in the on site driveway. Island Club bachelor trip rental review

The property was very a great place to stay for a good price. We stayed there for a bachelor trip and were very happy with the place. The beds were comfortable and it had everything you needed for cooking and staying there. Our only complaint was that bedding is not included in the standard rental, but they let you know about this in the confirmation and made it easy to make this accommodation. Our favorite part of the place was the grill they provided! We would definitely stay again

Island Club Review

This property is good if you’re just planning to sleep in here overall. The place is run down and outdated. There are a lot of repairs that need to be done to the property itself, I wouldn’t consider this place safe for children one of the rooms has a sinking hole in the bedroom, there are broken cabinets, there are mice in the property. They also don’t provide linens for your stay unless you agree to pay $100 charge. Not to mention there is a strong smell of humidity as soon as you walk in. The place is about a 6 min drive from the downtown area. That was the only perk.

House was clean and all they said it would be, the kids loved the pool and the different spots to eat and to look at was so pretty up there didn't want to leave loved being by the water and close to everything, the kids liked the caves and the mini golf definitely would stay here again

Manager was excellent

When we checked in we were in a unit that I would not house a dog in. The manager took us to a second unit that was far better than the first, and we agreed to stay there. Had a problem with the broken light, and handyman fixed it immediately. Staff was great, property way below my expectations. I doubt we would stay there again, and I would not recommend it as a place for my friends. Staff was Great property, barley ok and units are in partyville for the young.

Surprised

It is definitely not what we expected, outside area was littered with beverage cans tossed underneath the deck and cigarette butts everywhere, the furniture was curb worthy at best, broken cabinets and molding throughout the unit! Screen door screen tore and flopping in the wind! We got the impression of a college frat house wore out and partied down. Then what got us the most was how many times they threatened to take your security deposit in the agreement, if money should be refunded it should be to us in full! Old lattes work and cable laying around the place every where. So that about says it for us in this unit! You asked me and I spoke the truth! Michael Cole
