Micha mit Familie im Juli 2015
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit riesigem Gartengrundstück. Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) waren im Juli 2015 zu Gast hier und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die kleine Haushälfte ist liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles ist darin vorhanden und auf einen Geschirrspüler konnten wir sehr gut verzichten. Wohnraum und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die beschaulich ruhige Lage in Lauterbach hat uns besonders gefallen- da wir etwas fernab vom Tourismus für uns sein wollten. Viele Ortschaften wie Binz, Sellin und Bergen sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und mit dem Auto oder dem Rad schnell zu erreichen. Am nahe gelegenen Hafen in Lauterbach kann man tolle Ausflüge mit dem Schiff realisieren. Unsere Gastgeber und die Nachbarn sind ausgesprochen freundlich und Tierlieb. Fazit: Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene kleine Bleibe zum fairen Preis. Ganz liebe Grüße mit Dankeschön sagen Michael mit Familie

Nette, privat geführte FeWo mit allem, was man braucht
Kleine, nette Ferienwohnung, genauso wie beschrieben, keine bösen Überraschungen. Alles da, was man braucht, kein Luxus, aber auch nix was fehlt. Das sehr nette Vermieterpaar hat uns toll empfangen und Tipps gegeben. Die Lage in Lauterbach ist super, wenn man nicht mittendrin im Trubel von Binz, Sellin o. Ä. sein will. 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und zum Hafen mit Imbissen, Livemusik usw., 10 Gehminuten zum kleinen Edeka. Alles in allem, es war sehr schön, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! :-)

Rügen ist immer wieder toll.
Unser Aufenthalt war entspannend. Wir hatten eine feine Ferienwohnung und äußerst nette Vermieter. Die Planung der Urlaubstage war natürlich wetterabhängig. Aber auch bei nicht so tollem Wetter lässt sich auf Rügen viel unternehmen. Familie Rademacher hatte da einige Tipps für uns.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub (11.06.-21.06.23) in Lauterbach. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Gute Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar ( Empfehlung: Zum Schwarzen Bären ), Einkauf des täglichen Bedarfs im Edeka möglich und der kleine Hafen ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung ist eine kleine, kuschelige Wohnung mit einer Schlafempore unter dem Spitzdach mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Lage sehr ruhig, mit großem Garten, den wir nutzen durften! Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter :))

Kleines Haus in guter Lage
Die Lage des kleinen Hauses war für uns perfekt, auch weil wir ohne Auto gekommen sind. Durch die Einkaufsmöglichkeit und einen Fahrradverleih in der Nähe, eine gute Anbindung an die Buslinien, das Eisenbahnnetz und den "rasenden Roland", die Nähe zu dem Hafen mit Ausflugsschiffen waren wir mobil und konnten sehr viel von Rügen sehen. Frustrierend war nur gelegentlich der Zustand der Fahrradwege in den weniger frequentierten Gegenden. Auf Rügen wird eben nicht jeder Fleck touristisch genutzt, was aber auch den Reiz der Insel ausmacht. Im Ferienhaus haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Dass kein WLAN vorhanden ist, war uns bekannt, wir erwarteten aber, dass es im Ort, z.B. bei der Tourist-Info, einen öffentlichen Zugang geben würde. Das war aber (noch?) nicht der Fall und auch das Mobilfunknetz schwächelte gelegentlich. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und das große und idyllische Grundstück.
