There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, an external games room, and an external utility room with the two shower rooms. Outside there is a large enclosed garden with lawn, patio, hot tub, and outdoor seating, and ample off-road parking. One small well-behaved dog welcome with a 25GBP supplement. Bryn Ffynnon is a fabulous property ideal for a family gathering in North Wales. Between April and September, this property only accepts Friday - Friday bookings. Use of the hot tub is not included in the rent. It can be arranged for an additional charge; please contact the owner directly to organise this.

Aberdaron is a seaside village located near the tip of the Llyn Peninsula situated around two streams. Aberdaron Beach is a a beautiful stretch of sands known for being a family-friendly place to enjoy, resting on the Llyn Heritage Coast, overlooking the dramatic seas that are brilliant for a variety of watersports thanks to the strong winds in the area. The village is home to two shops and some pubs, as well as some local businesses.
