Holiday home located in the coast between Cagliari and Villasimius in the town "Sant'Andrea" belonging to the municipality of Quartu S. Elena. The structure, located in a charming residence surrounded by greenery, 150 meters from the sea, covers 2 levels and has, on the ground floor, a large hall at the entrance with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining room, a laundry area with washer and a bathroom; in the first floor there are n. 2 rooms of which n. 1 double and n. 1 triple. All rooms are air conditioned. Front and rear garden equipped with barbeque, table and outdoor shower. Parking inside the residence, opposite the entrance to the cottage. Thanks to the network of public transport the area is well-connected to Cagliari with the most popular seaside resorts of Villasimius and Costa Rei.
