In the summer months, members and renters can enjoy several outdoor activities. The Club offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. Tennis courts are spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. Likewise, you can venture over to the beach at Lake Pinneo and rent a kayak or canoe. Then head to The Club to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, a meal on Dewey's Deck, or fine dining at Davidson's.



In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. You can enjoy our wonderful base lodge and aprÚs ski gatherings with activities for the whole family. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. This was our 2nd stay in this unit this season. The condo is really comfortable and cozy to hang out in after a day of skiing (or other activities) and to prepare and enjoy meals. The location is conveniently located. There are nearby restaurants (recommend Skinny Pancake), a grocery store, and, if you enjoy x-country skiing, groomed trails/tracks on the golf course that are accessible from the complex.

We had a wonderful time. The townhouse was clean and very comfortable, they provided and thought of everything you might need. My family and I had a great time, this property is convenient to so much, markets, restaurants, shopping in Woodstock, King Arthur cooking school (we had a fantastic time) and lots of outdoor activities!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

The condo at Lakeland Village was excellent-- spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Beautiful setting, easy walk to the lake, and easy to get to nearby towns and attractions. We loved it so much we hope to return.

Cozy condo in Quechee

Our group of 3 had a lovely weekend. This property was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for relaxing while also allowing for privacy. NOTE (nothing related to the host, completely out of their control) do not plan to use rideshare services. We waited over an hour for an Uber which never arrived. Excellent home base for exploring Woodstock and visiting Long Trail Brewing.

We had problems.The TV was one of the new ones with all types of apps like sling, utube, netflix, etc. We wanted basic channels and property management did not help.We put fire place on for and hour. The next day when we tried it, it wouldn't go on, then there was a bang. They sent over someone who finally turned off gas. They said they wouldn't. turn it back on till October.Main lamp in living room broken. They did not fix or replace.3:30 AM one night smoke alarm went off. They replaced, and it happened a second time 5 days late. They replaced it. The third morning it went off it was the day we we leaving. It was not just the battery, it was the full alarm that went off. Property. management company was very poor and really uncaring.Second floor 2 bedrooms had bid air units. When on, they were too loud to sleep in, and when turned off it was over 80 degrees.This was an over priced house that we would never recommendOh yes, the grill outside was excellent.
