The views from this property are absolutely sensational, and the layout of the first floor is impressive. The kitchen, while old, is well-stocked with plates and pans and is very usable for cooking for large groups.However, the second-floor bedrooms are a 6/10 at best. The entire house feels tired and is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean—particularly the stairwells. We encountered several frustrating maintenance issues, including a broken latch on the master bedroom door that caused privacy issues, a running toilet downstairs, unstable furniture, and showers that spray over the doors. The amenities were also lacking, with threadbare towels and closets with no hangers.We reached out to management regarding some of these issues, but the response was very slow, if we received one at all.

The view of the lake from the house is stunning, and the layout of the house worked well for two families. The house itself could do with a fresh coat of paint and a proper clean. But the location was great, and walkable distance to the marina or the town centre.Unfortunately the back room where our sons were staying smelt so badly of cigarette smoke when we arrived that we had to leave the balcony doors and windows open to air the room despite the cold.

We miss the views

Honestly I could have been quite content staying put in this holiday home with the beautiful fire and views of the wakatipu. The home has lots of room and was luxurious with most of the tiled floors heated and plenty of wood for the time that we were there.

Incredible Lake Views

Absolute lake front with incredible views! This is a large house with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. It was in a quiet cul de sac and with very quiet neighbours in the attached unit. It was a great place to be based, away from the main area of Queenstown.
