Keep warm in winter or cool in summer with a air conditioner/heatpump.
There is also a garden with hot tub that is shared with the apartment upstairs.

Guests access the property via a lockbox code onsite. This will be sent through you to 3 days prior to your arrival.

We are available on call between 8am and 9pm during your stay for any issues. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood so there are noise restrictions for outdoor entertaining (for example the spa pool can't be used after 10pm)

A car is the easiest way to navigate the area, however if you are fit and enjoy walking then the property is approximately a 25 minute walk to the town centre. Please note there is no carpark for this unit. You can park on the road free of charge (subject to space)

- The apartment down underneath the main house and is accessible via some stairs and a path.
- Spa is open 8:00am until 10:00pm only
- The apartment is located under the main house (so some noise transfer may occur).
- There is no allocated car park with this apartment - you will need to park on the street.
- We can provide a complimentary cot and highchair for children under 2 years old - please advise at the time of booking.
