The views from our room are perhaps the most beautiful and majestic in my stays in hotels around the USA and several other international destinations. Service was top notch and the staff was very friendly. Great stay.

Poor poor value
For the premium price, this was a shocker. Will never be back. And would seek out at least a partial refund. Cleanliness and condition was that of a backpacker hostel, but with a $400/night price tag. Dust and dead bugs on every flat surface. Mold and holes in the corners of the room. Toothpaste spatter on the bathroom mirror. Live bugs and spiders in the bathroom. Paint peeling off the ceiling. The pizza ordered from the “Italian restaurant” on-site was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Only ate it because the hotel is too far to get anywhere else without a car, and I was hungry. A frozen pizza from the supermarket would’ve been better… I will say that the staff at the front desk when I checked in was extremely helpful and friendly.
