Our property offers a stylish retreat with one spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need, complemented by a heat pump for year-round comfort. Unlimited Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity throughout your stay. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed Size That Can Be Split Into 2 Singles

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
