This property is located within a residential area. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Before check in, you will need to complete a quick identity verification by scanning your drivers licence or passport. This step ensures the property owners` peace of mind by confirming your identity, similar to a hotel check in process. Our guest portal adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. This process is essential as we operate a self check in system. Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.
The check in was stressful. Wasn't sent an email until exactly 3pm (havent experienced this before). Still, details of code for lock box, where not in that email. Thankfully the lady managing was there at 3pm and let us in. She also emailed me the code. I had tried to contact 'host' and expedia for help prior to this and was not helped.
Maybe a clearer, step by step, check in. (without receptionist). We arrived at 2.30pm and couldn't get in, or get help.
Also, designated car park is quite a distance away. Not clearly advertised.
Other than that, actual manager (H.....), was lovely and helpful. and premises very nice.
