The home features modern conveniences and luxury accommodations. Choose from four stunning bedrooms, each with an incredible ocean view and en-suite bath. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, and one has a queen. The large private pool is located on an upper level and provides more stunning views of the Pacific and the surrounding rainforest.

Each room was designed for maximum privacy while maintaining the feel of being in the middle of the rainforest. The Bali-inspired décor and furnishings in every room will amaze you. The use of bamboo, travertine, Costa Rican hardwoods, and tile accents combine to create a vacation home that will be remembered for years.

Numerous seating areas, both indoor and outdoor, were designed for maximum comfort and strategically placed to take in the stunning views of the Pacific and the jungle. Each of the bathrooms have large stone tubs with separate showers and the kitchen is equipped with the highest-end appointments and appliances available.

Just a 1 minute drive and you are in the middle of Manuel Antonio and it's many shops and great restaurants.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute discounted reservations within the last 60 days, maid service will only be provided every other day and more service can be added for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. A $400-500 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) may be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items.

We stayed at Casa Dos Vistas for 3 nights and it was not long enough!! The layout of the home makes it feel a bit like a treehouse which was fun, and the views are INSANE. One reason we booked this home was for the reviews talking about all the wildlife that was visible, and we were not disappointed with our own experience. We saw so many scarlet macaws and other birds, and so many monkeys that even hung out on our pool deck area with us. We utilized the private chef for breakfast and dinner one day and the junior chef did an amazing job and was so kind - he did our grocery shopping for us! Upon arrival we were walked through the home with David and his knowledge and attention to our stay was something I haven't experienced staying anywhere else. We booked 2 tours through Escape Villas as well (ATV'ing and Ziplining) and the whole process was so smooth - we were picked up from the home, transported by kind and fun tour guides, we felt safe the entire time (we were 4 females traveling together), and taken care of! Truly an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone traveling to Quepos!

We loved staying at this property. The house is gorgeous. The deck with pool has great views and was a great place to relax. The house is close to beach and many restaurants. We did drive everywhere. The house has a parking spot off street. Manuel Antonio is a great destination.

Wonderful stay

The villa was everything listed and more. The setting was amazing, close to restaurants, shops and the ocean. We also got to interact with all kinds of wildlife while staying at the house. We were lucky to spend a month waking up to the glorious views at Dos Vistas. Pictures truly did not do this beautiful place justice - every detail from the light fixtures, the fairy lights on the front deck, the beautiful plants and flowers, is beautiful and perfect for the setting. The setting itself is incredible, with access to the beaches a short walk away, the jungle all around, animals everywhere - we could sit outside and see monkeys, sloths, butterflies and birds - and the house was luxurious and calming. The amenities were lovely, with incredible house and pool service. The kitchen was completely ready for gourmet cooking. The pool and the outside area was lovely, with ample seating, beautiful views, and a television and fans. We had a simply incredible time experiencing all this lovely home and the neighborhood had to offer and we will always remember our time at Dos Vistas.

It’s a beautiful property! Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation is provided. The property sits on Pacific Canyon drive which from our perspective is the nicest real estate in all of Manuel Antonio. It has two ocean views, one from the front and a breathtaking view from the back. Book with confidence. Only con for me was no ice maker in the freezer. The property recently started allowing guests to use the washer and dryer which is a huge plus.

The property was amazing. Everyone had their own sweet, potatoes bathroom. The housekeeper Kimberly was fantastic!! We had a lovely chef on hand who cooked three meals for us. She, also Kimberly, was amazing as well. The wildlife we got to view from our porch was stunning. The only downside was just traffic outside the door. But that makes it easy to get to!

The Villa was amazing. Every room had a view and a private bath and balcony. The wild life was over the top. There was a variety of beautiful birds.(toucans, macaws and many more) also the monkeys were fun to watch. I had hired Carlos (chief) for two dinners and breakfasts, that were delicious. Kimberly the housekeeper was very sweet and thorough. Gary, our host, was very responsive. Gary made arrangements for transportation and reservations to restaurants that were not within walking distance. The location was within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The house was wonderful couldn’t have had a better place. Chef Over was a great addition to have he made our stay truly memerable. The only thing I was upset about is not being told about a 12 hour a day active construction project going on 4’ from the house. They did tell us just before we arrived but was too late to change out plans. There was some adjustments made on billing but would warn others to beware of this.

Spectacular villa!!

We were 3 couples staying in this 3 bedroom villa for a week in January 2023. The villa is spectacular! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and all have en-suite bathrooms with gorgeous soaking tubs, candles and bathrobes. We enjoyed many evenings in the comfy outdoor lounging areas and had chef Jorge and Kim cook us some delicious breakfasts and dinners. There are gorgeous vies to both Bisanz beach and Manuel Antonio beach with daily visits from mischievous monkeys and beautiful birds. Gary and David were our concierges and they both did a great job attending to all our needs. We were able to walk to Bisenz beach from the villa( good hike uphill on the return!) but could also taxi to either beach really easily and lots of chairs and umbrellas were available at both beaches. Overall- this villa is beyond beautiful and we recommend booking without hesitation!

The new "Gold Standard" in vacation rentals

We loved this property, and having a concierge to schedule activities took the property to another level! The house is beautiful and well-maintained; all bedrooms have a private balcony with scenic views and a sizeable bathroom. No one will be complaining about which bedroom they have during their stay. What took this property to another level was the concierge service. We booked all activities through Gary before we arrived in Costa Rica, including a shuttle to & from the airport, a villa chef, and daily activities. We had no scheduling conflict, and everyone we met could not have been kinder. A bonus for us was seeing many rainforest animals off the main balcony; we saw white face monkeys, parrots, toucans, and other exotic birds and heard howler monkeys at night. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this house while in Manuel Antonio, CR!

Amazing Views & Casa

We just came home from our stay at Casa de Dos Vistas ... a family traveling with 3 teen boys. Everything was amazing. The casa/house is beautiful and the support ahead of time lining up excursions and also while on property with dining suggestions, taxi arrangments, so excellent and helpful. The cleaning team also very friendly and great. Trips to the mangrove forest, waterfalls, Manuel Antonio park, and beach were enjoyed by all. The house is on a steep hill and walking to restaurants, shops, and beach is doable, but definitely challenging. But that's why the views from the house are so great! The monkeys that visited the house and played in the nearby trees and pool deck were entertaining -- but definitely follow reminders to keep doors shut. We did and had no issues. Also, enjoyed seeing different birds around the house. All in all -- a great stay! Highly recommend.

Incredible Villa in Paradise

If it was possible to award 10 out of 5 stars, we would. La Casa Dos Vistas exceeded our expectation. The property and staff were even better than the listing suggested. We traveled as a group of four 30-something couples, and the villa was perfect for a group of that size. All four bedrooms were large with beautiful bathroom spaces and nice bathtubs. All but one had king size beds. The top floor bedroom, which had a queen bed, was as nice if not nicer than the master bedroom because it has balconies on both sides (hence, “Dos Vistas”), and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand from the beaches. Gary, the concierge, was incredible, arranging excursions for us nearly every day. Both private chefs contracted through the vista made us delicious meals. The tour quality and staff were all excellent, including the transportation and meals! Several great beaches are within 5 minutes of the villa. One was nicer for snorkeling and the other better for waves and jogging. Truly, this was paradise. I’m a little reluctant to post such a glowing review because we hope it will be available for future trips!

Perfect family adventure in paradise

My, husband and I, our three teens and my mother-in-law spent the week leading up to Christmas at Casa Dos Vistas. The home truly lived up to the photos and description. We had tons of space for everyone and we all loved hanging out in the open air living area next to the pool and opening up the kitchen to the warm breezes. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was and the lack of mosquitos. We got to see more wildlife here than anywhere else we went! Capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, toucans and scarlet macaws were the highlights. Gary and our host, David, made sure everything ran smoothly with check-in and setting up fantastic activities, as well as answering questions. We only wish we took a little more time to enjoy the house! The included daily housekeeping was wonderful! The home is in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to a good number of great restaurants (the hills were a great work-out). The only negative I can point out is it’s not a quiet area. But it did not detract from our enjoyment. Also, bring earplugs if you need quiet at night. The howler monkeys like to make a lot of racket around 3:30-5:00 in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!
