Casa Vista Reyes is located in a quiet area overlooking a magnificent mountain/ rain forest landscape. This contemporary home, with its vaulted wood paneled ceiling, welcomes the free flowing breeze that naturally rolls in from the surrounding landscape. With a large balcony almost 30 feet by 23 feet in area, guests are able to spend much of their time enjoying the tropical surroundings.

The upstairs master bedroom (with a king size bed) has its own private balcony, providing an excellent elevated view of the surrounding mountains and Pacific Ocean. The two lower level bedrooms provide separate access to a shared bathroom and open up into the large balcony and pool area. One of these bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, the other features two twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests. Additionally, there is a large, comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. With the beds and the sleeper sofa, this villa will comfortably and affordably sleep 8.

The large pool is surrounded by a non-slip wooden deck with a convenient outdoor shower and overlooks the subtle valley hills and mountains in the distance.

The modern living room and kitchen areas are spacious and feature AC units to cool the room, along with the option of opening the large patio doors to allow natural air circulation. The home furnishings are a classic blend of dark wood, bamboo and wicker, providing a distinct Mediterranean appeal.

If you have a rental car, you can park your car right at the villa. The villa has a security system and there are safes in each bedroom closet. There are laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the premises.
