Hotel was closed when I arrived. Tried calling hotel several times and no one picked up. Sent an email and finally got a response saying that they were not expecting me because I never confirmed my reservation even though I did not receive any type of communication from them. Just hope I get my money back at this point.

Great service, locations and the best they called me to check my arrival time and gave us the suite/apartment at 9am with no problem. Same for checkout. They help you and accommodate every to your needs. It is 5-10min walking distance from everything. Gracias Alejandro y Staff.

A+ for comfort and proximity to historic centre
We arrived more than an hour early and we're greeted in a very friendly and welcoming way. The area was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the historic centre. Gloria explained in detail how to get there with a small local map. Every attention to detail, room was comfortable and had a ful size fridge, microwave, coffee machine with everything provided. We would recommend this hotel and if we come to this area again, will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff working. No air conditioner only a noisy fan. To much noice in the area. No restaurant that near.
