Retreat to the deck of this waterfront cottage to enjoy the sunset over the water or a Hot Tub under the stars on a wintery night.
Whether you’re relaxing on a couple’s weekend or playing lawn games with the family, the peaceful village of Meductic will suit.

Upstairs open concept living space contains the fully equipped Kitchen, Dining room with large dining table and Living room with large windows letting in plenty of sunlight and the river view. The full Bathroom rounds out this level.

Down stairs you will find the 3 bedrooms and the mechanical room.
- Main Bedroom contains a Queen bed
- Second Bedroom contains a Queen bed
- Third Bedroom contains a Single bed as well as a Single Bunk
- Mechanical Room contains a Washer and Dryer.

Outside you will find a large 2 tier deck of the main living area that is perfect for entraining with a large 10 seat outdoor dining table in the summer and Hot Tub with year round access that is perfect for cold winter nights.

There is a sealed driveway with plenty of parking that leads to the Cottage surrounded by a large level lawn on all sides with waterfront access to the river.
