James was wonderful and answered all of my questions quickly. The place was very clean and well taken care of. He even left snacks and some amazing cupcakes, which was such a thoughtful touch! We truly loved staying here—it was very comfortable and made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay. Very comfy place. Clean, roomy home in a nice little lake neighborhood. Outdoor seating with a grill overlooking a baseball field. Fire pit in back yard. Good cooking kitchen. Host is great! Very easy check in.

This is my go to spot when I work in Richmond. James is a great host and the house is always spotless and stocked with goodies and necessities. If this house is available when I travel there, I will always book before somewhere else. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient location for my work within good distance to food, groceries, and gas.

It was a last minute trip because my mom was put in hospice. I booked the night before and could only stay one night. The property owner gave me all of the info to get in and everything I had forgotten was there. It was a beautiful home and was a smooth process considering why I was there. It was so easy and beautiful that I was able to focus on why I was there. Thanks again!

Great stay. Instructions clear, James was extremely responsive and friendly - even left an extension cord for us to use to charge our boat batteries.Towels/toiletries in the bathroom, snacks/water were provided - overall great stay and would definitely stay there again!
