The ground floor consists of one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room and and an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils. The first floor consists of a bathroom with shower, a second living room and a second equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, and a 45 square meters terrace with garden furniture, ideal for a relaxing evening with family and friends. The second floor consists of two comfortable bedrooms each with a double bed. Bed linen, towels, wifi and air conditioning are included in the rental price. The guests also have a washing machine on theire disposal. The parking is located on the city parking. The nearest beach Sv.
