Relaxing Resort Retreat - Swim Golf Or Ski 3 Bedrooms at Bighorn Meadows

One of Radium's premier Resort- 3 bedroom overlooking the 18th green at The Radium Springs Golf Course. This features:

Privacy and Views: The deck provides stunning golf course vistas, but is also shaded and secluded by mature trees.

All Day Sunshine: Since the deck wraps around two sides of the building (the resort is a corner unit), it experiences sunshine from morning until evening.

Second Floor Location: Compared to ground floor units the elevation is great for views, while the third floor would mean more stairs and no covered deck.

Fully Furnished: The resort comes with everything ready to go, even down to the bedding and cutlery etc.

Resort Facilities: Access to a pool, hot tub, children's play area and ski and golf storage.
Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.
Waterfront and/or Beach

Property is near water.
Invermere Lake is a 15 minute drive/taxi from the property. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a public dock.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is a 30 minute drive from the resort parking lot.
