It was very dated and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from rooms on either side of you. It was not too expensive and the view from our room was amazing! I saw on our booking that there would be breakfast included but no one told us where it was or at what time so we missed out on that. Overall it was ok.

Horrific! Dirty!
We walked in and immediately walked out, unfortunately they make you pay for the room beofre you see it which makes sense now, because of how dirty it is. The mattress was stained, carpets were all stained, coffee pot looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. We walked in and instantly felt dirty. They attempted to make it better by coming in to clean with one dirty rag and a spray bottle of who knows what, however no amount of cleaning with a spray bottle would have made it clean enough for me to stay. That place needs a serious deep clean and updating, i would never stay there again. The customer service is none existent, if you look at all the bad reviews the management takes no responsibility for anything and just blames the customers. The location was good, but the view was not worth it. We ended up staying at invermere INN which was cheaper, so clean and comfortable, plus they give you a goody bag for your dogs! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bathroom the toilet the room and the beds were dirty. We payed the room breakfast. Breakfast time 8-10. We went to eat at 9, and run out almost everything for this time. A few families was there and we talked what we eat,.... We called the reception number and the reception man and lady arrived about 20 minutes later and we still didn't get breakfast. When they arrived didn't say hi or good morning, didn't apologize and didn't bring any food. We will never go back. Absolutely negative reviews 😒.
