The both of the receptionists were friendly, knowledgeable about hotel point services and helpful. I was told more about the point system here than and of the numerous Hyatt we visited.

One of the best places I have stayed with!
The staff were friendly and wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and my room was clean, neat and I felt like I was in my own bedroom at home. The only thing I didn't like which was out of the hotel's control was parking. The hotel does not own the parking lot. With that being said you do have to pay for parking. I stayed 2 nights and paid $20 which was expensive but it could be for someone who stays longer.
