We were in town for a concert at The Ritz. This Hotel is walking distance from the venue. It’s very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. There was lots of parking. All in all a great experience!

The elevator broke and the hotel did not let us be aware. We had to take our luggage down 5 floors. Clearly they had no plan either to inform guests, assist guests, or anything.
