This is an aging hotel that’s not quite holding up. The bed lamp in our room didn’t work and even after calls on two days, nothing was checked or done. The dust on the air conditioning was so thick I had to wash my hands after touching it. And the room smelled damp and close. You get what you pay for.

The room had a sewer odor and was reported but no one followed up on it. The front desk states they would send house keeping but no one showed. It has no microwave or clock in the room and because of a Hilton I was very disappointed in the experience of this being like a subpar hotel. Definitely not a hotel branded hotel stay for me

they rented us a room with a broken AC unit. they are replacing bad units and rented us a room with an old unit. We were told to pack up our 5 suitcases and move to another room. That was a no, fix my AC. they replaced the unit and didn't put the covers back on the unit. We stayed in the room with the dissembled unit. They never came back to fix it.

Ok hotel but needs major updates

Parking was horrible as a lot of parking is under construction. The rooms need updates. The ceiling in my room was crumbling and the same in the bathroom and the ceiling I pushed on in bathroom and it started giving. The lights in the bathroom were both rusting on the wall. The wallpaper by bed was bubbling and coming apart. The remote for tv wouldn’t work so I couldn’t even watch tv.
