This newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home is a treasure. Open concept with high ceilings. Our farmhouse style living room flows into the fully stocked kitchen. Sleeps 8 people (1 King bed, 2 Queens & 1 Sleeper Sofa). Two full bathrooms (Master has bathtub/shower & guest bathroom has a shower)

The space
The kitchen has beautiful countertops, stainless steal appliances, tile backsplash, and more. It opens to a spacious living room. Relax on our queen sized sleeper sofa as you watch a movie or read a book. We also have a desk for anyone needing to get a few things checked off their list. A clothes washer and dryer are also in the unit for you.

Enjoy a HUGE backyard or walk to UNC, Carolina Inn, Top of the Hill, Suttons and the Old Well.

Guest access
We have plenty of parking for 3 cars behind the house. The primary entry with our smart lock access code is through the back door. It is well lit with motion activated lighting.

Other things to note:
*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 days. Enjoy their pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc."

To avoid confusion, and so that you can see an accurate rental price PRIOR to booking, make sure to enter the correct number of overnight guests. When checking out, VRBO will label any number of guests over the first 2 as “Additional Guest(s).

Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.
