I am giving an average review because of the front desk staff. Everything else was fine. Our room was on the 2nd floor just to the right of the entrance. A man who was not a guest at the hotel was parked right below talking very loudly after 10:00 PM. We tolerated it for awhile but I eventually looked out the window and he just waved. Unfortunately he was talking to the front desk staff who obviously knew the man so there was no point in complaining. After this continued for about 45 minutes I did call the front desk and asked that the man talking loudly below our window move on. The women at the desk said he was waiting for another guest and she would have him move. Why he couldn’t wait in the lobby or park elsewhere instead of disturbing the guests is anyone’s guess. Unfortunately there was no one at the front desk when we checked out or I would have let them know what happened. Front desk staff is the face of the company and this was poor representation for the brand and management.

You have to ask for a room cleaning, they won’t just do it, that’s fine, so I asked, but they never came. So I never got towels or had my room cleaned. My fridge was unplugged and I didn’t notice it when I arrived late so all my stuff went bad. My phone didn’t work. I had to call with my own phone and they said they didn’t have me listed on the property. I was in The room. Would never recommend
