Pineview Place is an incredibly private renovated 1950s bungalow in the center of Raleigh in Hayes Barton close to Cameron Village and downtown! The one floor living modern bungalow is very spacious with 2 bedrooms , a master suite with spa- like shower and bidet, guest bedroom with 2 full beds, steps away to guest bath in the hallway and 2 living areas! The front living room has a sleeper sofa so you can easily accommodate 8 people! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or eating in the dining area where you can all gather together off of the family room and living room. If working from home there is a desk area in the living room, or looking to exercise we have the peloton available for you to enjoy your workout! With a lovely private fenced in backyard with outdoor dining and a wonderful outdoor lounge area complete with heat lamps for the chilly nights and a fan for the hot summer days! You really couldn’t ask for anything more! Pineview Place is so peaceful and has a ton of modern amenities. Entertain with the fully stocked kitchen with espresso machine, rice maker and more! Sleep peacefully on the tempur-pedic King bed in master bedroom suite. Exercise on the peloton, or charge your car in the driveway with the Tesla charging station! Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or a family looking to be all together in one place. The location is phenomenal in the center of Raleigh inside the beltline between Five Points and Cameron Village and Hayes Barton. Walkable to many restaurants coffee shops and more! Great house, nice neighborhood

This house was perfect for us. Loved having both the living room and den so people could spread out. A lot of thought went into the renovation of this house. Beautiful fenced-in back yard with privacy fence and 2 outdoor seating areas - perfect for the dogs. This house is surprisingly large as compared to the street view. The host was most accommodating and was great with prompt communication.

Our family of 4 stayed here for our other son’s college graduation (2 adults and 2 teens). The house was perfect for us and just as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home was close to a variety of restaurants and stores. We would stay here again!

Hays Barton Pineview house

The home is so lovely, updated, well stocked kitchen, great backyard, and in a beautiful neighborhood. It is a quiet residential home. The location is close to everything you might want to do and restaurants. The host was quick to answer questions and give information. It is exactly as the photos show, but it’s really better in person.

Pineview paradise

We highly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is true to description. So nice to have a home for our weekend instead of a hotel room. Beautiful decor. The host and hostess were readily available to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here on any return visits!!

Gorgeous home and backyard

This home had the most beautiful backyard oasis and finishing touches, along with everything you could need in the home. The kitchen was so well stocked and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The dog bowls and fenced backyard were prefect for our dog. We loved this rental and would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pineview. My family was visiting from Ireland and it was their first time in NC. Pineview was the first stop on our trip across NC and it could not have been a more perfect start to our trip. Stacey was so accommodating and welcoming. My family loved the house. It is spacious, warm and inviting. We felt at home immediately. I would return to Pineview in a heartbeat. Thanks for a lovely start to our trip.

Well appointed bungalow in a lovely neighborhood.

Very clean, comfortable, nice layout, quiet neighborhood, dog and people friendly yard (stayed with my two K9s). Couldn’t locate a tea/hot water kettle. Property manager was very responsive and had one delivered that day! Would definitely stay here again.
