While the room was clean and the staff helpful, the property itself could use a good power washing in the stairwells and walkways. Windows and glass doors in office needed cleaning. The bed was comfortable.

Good stay

The staff is always kind and helpful. The location is a little loud and can get rowdy on the weekends as can any vacation area. The rooms are clean and well stocked with essentials. Location is close to food and shopping, and easy to get to.

When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. It took quite a while to check in, and I had to do it through a tiny little window. When I was leaving, there was again nobody at the front desk and nobody answered the bell. I was unable to get a cup of coffee. This will never be my first choice of a place to stay.

I arrived after the 3:00 check in and was told the room was not ready. I left to go eat and came back and it was not ready until after 4. Upon check-in, there were 2 domestic violence complaints and 2 sheriff cars that were there on that call. Kind of unsettling in my opinion.
