Bright & airy, fully stocked kitchen, fenced in yard for pets & deck shared with owners! You may get to see them & their fur baby occasionally. street parking.

The Village View is an ADU in the back of the lot, at the end of the driveway. It’s fenced in for privacy and it’s an upstairs brand new garage apartment. There is an enclosed staircase to access the apartment. This is a comfortable and unique home, bright and cozy! Relax and watch tv or read in this quiet and stylish space. The living room dining and kitchen are all open to each other perfect for being together! The queen bedroom has a closet, ceiling fan and a smart tv with attached full bath with tub/ shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa smart tv ceiling fan and dining area. A fully stocked kitchen to cook and entertain is a bonus on this amazing space! And stackable washer and dryer are in the closet off of the living room.

You will love the privacy and the walkability to everything here. Cameron village is one block away, so the grocery stores, nail salon, bars, restaurants, Starbucks , Walgreens and more is just a couple min stroll under the oaks. NC state campus is only a few blocks away as well! Walk and visit the campus in minutes!

Perfectly situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Raleigh! So parking will be street parking only 2 doors away on Chamberlain parking is feee all day. All streets after5 and on weekends are free with no limit as well:)

Only 5 min from Glenwood South & Downtown. 10 min to North Hills, PNC Arena, the state fairgrounds and I-40, 15 min to the airport & Cary, and 20 Min to RDU and Durham, and Apex.

Fantastic location in a very walkable neighborhood. The space was fresh, clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our pup. Host was very communicative and helpful. Check in and check out process was a snap. Had a great time!

Weekend exploring

A friend and I visited Raleigh for the weekend, wanting to explore the surrounding areas. This guesthouse was in a great, central location and beautiful neighborhood. Easy street parking, privacy, and communicative hosts! Would definitely stay here again!
