Saint-Tropez, Ocean Front villa with direct access to the beach

The waterfront "Oceane" villa with direct access to the beach offers 5 bedrooms (4 with sea view + 1 independant with B/R) and 3 B/R. The villa has just been completely renovated. Its offers all the moderns amenities: swimming pool, Parking, A/C, Alarm, Safe boxes, Internet, TV with international channels, concierge services (Personalised check-in/out, linens changed once a week and housecleaning once a week). Maximum capacity of 10 guests. The villa is located in the private domain of the Escalet, less than 10 mn to Saint-Tropez and to the beaches of Pampelonne. The private club of the Domain offers numerous activities (Sailing, Tennis, Paddle, Scuba diving...) Direct access to the beach at the end of the garden.

The rent includes, all taxes, charges and services listed below as well as a package of Euros 150 per week to cover water, electricity and telephone expenses. Any additional consumption will be charged.

-Internet;
-Television with international channels and cable ;
-Bed sheets and Towels changed weekly ;
-House cleaning – 3h weekly ;
-Swimming pool and garden’s maintenance weekly ;
-Check-in, Check-out and reception and concierge services.

Final cleaning of Euros 300 will be deducted from the security deposit.

CONDITIONS
Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in after 4pm and check-out before 10am

30% of the total rental payable upon reservation. Balance of 70% and Security deposit of Euros 5,000 to be settled at least 3 months before the beginning of the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded with 7 days after the last day of the rental period.

Payment by bank transfer only. No credit card payments accepted.

Fantastic family holidays

we were a party of 10 ( 5 adults, 5 children) and had an overall perfect stay! the location is marvelous - breathtaking views, quiet neighborhood, 2min walk to the beach. The renovated villa was super clean and the beds where very comfortable to sleep in. A super plus is that there is the littoral trail to walk. To get out and discover the beautiful nature around l'Escalet. We loved it and hope to come back soon again.

Beautiful villa in the magical surroundings of Escalet, with direct access to the beach. The house, pool and garden were peaceful with the bushes shielding us from the sounds from the beach, and communication with the owner was fantastic .The only change we would wish to make would be the housekeeper, but nothing is perfect ;-)

Erholsamer Herbsturlaub an einem tollen Platz

Nicht einsehbares, gut geschütztes Haus / Grundstück mit absoluter Privatsphäre in idyllischer Region L’Escalet. Toller Meerblick, Fußläufigkeit zum Meer spitze. Haus hell, freundlich und modern, Küche gut ausgestattet, der Gastgeber Louis sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Great villa, great location, attentive service

Stayed at Villa Oceane for a week with my wife and two young girls. Fantastic experience overall: wonderful blue sea view from all rooms and great 180 degree from garden, high quality furnishing, amazing location (with a beach at 2 mins walk, Pampelonne at less than 10 mins away, St Tropez at 15 mins and Ramatuelle at 10 mins), great seafront walking trails right from the villa, and extremely relaxing garden with a nice pool and useful BBQ. The owners were extremely attentive to our needs - they arranged a great babysitter Francoise (highly recommended) for our kids in the evenings. We will definitely be coming back for sure! Many thanks Louis & Siegrid for a great holiday

Fantastic villa, highly recommended

We stayed for a week as two families sharing the villa. From the booking through to completion, the service was great from Louis and Siegrid. The villa is very tasteful throughout and well equipped for all the family. Location is amazing, right on the beach and a 5 minute drive from Pampellone. Already planning to go back next year.

FANTASTIC SEA VIEW - A PARADISE

Thank you Siegrid for the champagne and flowers on arrival. You have an AMAZING villa! We loved the decoration and the beautiful 180 degrees view on the sea at the end of the property. Hard to chose between the pool, the beach at the end of the garden and all the sports activities! As the result, we seldom went to Pampelonne which anyhow is just around the corner! A perfect holiday! We will come back!
