Solo trip xmas by the beach.
Lovely stay, hotel is within walking distance to the beach which meant I was able to enjoy the beach more. It’s also conveniently located to a local shops and restaurants, nearest large supermarket Asda, is about 16min walk. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall pleasant stay will be my choice for future trips to Ramsgate.

Stayed on a Saturday night and kept awake by loud music till 3 maybe 4 am in the morning this was from there function room. Parked outside property and then cars double parked blocking me in could not go out in my car. No teaspoons in room went to reception at 9pm when realised nobody there. Woken at 8am by fire alarm. Heating on full blast turned down on rad but could not even open any of the 3 windows

It was really nice that it was by several pubs and restaurants. Also really nice vintage furniture and bath right next to the sea. The only problem was that our toilet seat was cracked and broken by the hinges, so we had to be careful not to have the seat fall off.

Good location. Avoid rooms near the generators
Well located. Nice staff. Comfortable bed and good room size. Hot water pressure was good. Very clean throughout. But, the room overlooked a generate which omitted a constant low humming and had a noisy metallic banging noise in the early hours so we didn’t sleep well.

This hotel is overlooking the Royal Harbour and within easy walking into the town. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
