We recently stayed at Hotel Skogar from Sept 12-14, 2022 and were sorely disappointed in the condition of the hotel and the amenities. Just a word of caution, they advertise a hot tub, sauna, and restaurant but when we were there none of these were open. We had to walk to Skogarfoss Hotel for dinner both nights. Additionally, the shower in our room had mold and was making us sick. The hot water smells terribly of sulfur. The breakfast was descent, room was clean. Easy walk to the waterfall.
