Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and we’d definitely stay here again 😊

Stay in Rapallo

The property was quite difficult to get to and that wasn't made clear in the description. We were driving a rental car with a clutch. The streets were extremely narrow, winding, hilly and there were many hairpin turns required, particularly to get up the very steep driveway. I'm not sure your average driver could have managed very well. Additionally, to get to the house from the parking area required going up a total of 57 steps. I could see this would be a terrible problem for many visitors. That needs to be communicated very clearly.The house itself was nice but it could be managed much better. I've never stayed in a rental property in Italy that did not provide some sort of small "welcome basket" that might include coffee, bread, jam, other items that would at least get the exhausted traveler past the first morning. This house had nothing and unfortunately, the coffee machine (a Nespresso) was broken and we didn't discover that until the following morning. Also, the house didn't provide any information on the local surroundings such as stores, restaurants, shops, ferry or train schedules or even how to work the TV. On our first day, we lost power. A following day, we had no hot water. Even though it turned out to be a very easy fix (pushing a reset button on the hot water heater) the property manager took 3 days to respond. The light in the kitchen was out and that never got fixed while we were there.

Vue du logement magnifique sur la cĂŽte, c’est le rĂ©el point fort! Le bĂ©mol : la propretĂ©, pour 350 de frais de mĂ©nage pour 4 jours, nous attendions une meilleure prestation. On aurait dit que le logement n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© occupĂ© pendant des mois avant notre arrivĂ©e.La table et les chaises extĂ©rieures sont en mauvais Ă©tat mais utilisables. C’est dommage car le lieu et la maison sont magnifiques, il ne manque pas grand chose pour en faire un lieu exceptionnel. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis, il a une machine Ă  cafĂ© italienne et Ă  capsule mais pas de cafĂ©, savon, huile
Les dĂ©tails de la rĂ©servation sont envoyĂ©s la veille de l’arrivĂ©e, nous avons pu arriver un peu plus tĂŽt Ă  notre demande. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli chaleureusement.La rĂ©servation s’effectue sur Abritel mais les paiements sur Novasol.

Jolie maison avec tout de mĂȘme quelques dĂ©sagrĂ©ments.La propretĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e n'Ă©tait pas des meilleures, on a dĂ» passer un coup de serpillĂšre.AccĂšs pas adaptĂ© pour personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite car beaucoup de marches d'escaliers.Et la route d'accĂšs un peu difficile, il vaut mieux avoir un petit vĂ©hicule.La responsable de l'hĂ©bergement se met en 4 pour vous aider si besoin et contact trĂšs facile.Maison agrĂ©able mais ces quelques travaux seraient les bienvenus.Porte-fenĂȘtre de la chambre 1 qui ne ferme pas comme il faut, barriĂšre d'escaliers Ă  l'extĂ©rieur qui est mal fixĂ©e et un peu dangereuse car il y a un vide de plusieurs mĂštres.Porte d'entrĂ©e qui ne ferme pas car la serrure est dĂ©fectueuse mais heureusement on peut fermer les volets avec une clĂ© de l'extĂ©rieur.Literie mĂ©riterait Ă  ĂȘtre remplacĂ©e car le sommier Ă  ressorts est trĂšs lĂąche.Nous avons tout de mĂȘme passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour et la rĂ©gion est magnifique.

Großes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Wenn man die steile Anfahrt mit engen Kehren zum Haus mit großem GrundstĂŒck geschafft hat, wird man mit einer großrĂ€umigen Wohnung und Blick auf Rapallo bis Portofino belohnt. Einzig die kleine KĂŒche mit defektem Backofen hat nicht ins Bild gepasst.
