Great Service. Kudos to Rafael at front desk, really helpful, patient and attentive. Breakfast lady was helpful and nice as well. Bathroom and hand sink was a little dirty.

This hotel does not have a business center, restaurant or airport shuttle as stated in their listing. The shuttle is contracted and cost $20 one way per person. One has to ask for an in-room coffee maker. I would not have chosen this hotel if their listing was honest concerning amenities
