The property was convenient for what we needed when visiting the area. It could have used some maintenance, the flooring in our bath was cracked and the toilet ran water constantly. Breakfast was normal hotel food

I would pass on staying here again

The room didn’t have a vent in the bathroom. There was cracked and chipped area at the base of the bathtub. There were repairs needed on the bathroom door but altered to be only painted over. There was no needing for the pullout and when we went to the desk to ask for some the guy wasn’t very polite and there were no pillows available. The breakfast was not very good. Limited choices and low quality food. My daughter was stung by a wasp (may be living in the ground near the handicapped stall). The room was clean as was the dining area and entry. The bed was comfortable. The basketball hoop and grill were right outside of our room so basketball late at night kept us up. It was close to many restaurants

Clean, modern, spacious double suit reaonably price. Hotel very convenient to highway and attractions without road noise. Only drawback was loud sound when shower in use in adjoining room.

The location of the property is excellent for getting onto the road networks to visit the major attractions. The reception was very welcoming and took time to answer our questions. Our room was excellent. There was a very good bathroom with a powerful shower. The separate bedroom had space to put things and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice seating area. We had a 5 night stay to visit the local area and very much appreciated the self catering facilities. The large fridge was a bonus: the ice maker didn’t work, but there was an ice maker near the lobby, so not a problem. Two mugs were provided, but no glasses. Ok if you don’t mind having your cold drinks out of cardboard cups. Walmarts was a short car journey away to get groceries. Breakfast was very good and unlike many places we have stayed at, changed each day. We appreciated the range of teas on offer as well as the yoghurts and choice of muffins. This is not unique to the Grandstay at all, but the amount of single use plastic is quite disturbing. Overall, though, a great place to stay and would seriously recommend it.
