The property was old and dirty. There was not hot water for the shower, no cups for water, no coffee maker, not enough towels, no hair dryer, and it was very noisy and scary. The breakfast was very good. The personnel were nice

Dirty and unsafe

Went to two different doors and they wouldn't open with the key cards, go threw the front door get in my room go to take a shower and there was hair all over. Looked at the walls one had toilet paper on it and the other I don't know what it was but very obvious that something was on it. There was one light in the room so it was very dark in the room. The windows didn't have any type of lock (I was on the ground floor) so if someone really wanted in they could have. I should have spent a few dollars more and stayed somewhere else. There was also a truck in the parking lot that was missing tires on jacks.

Very noisy. Sounded like someone was doing construction on the floor above at 6am. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Doors on the back side of the building don’t lock so anyone can get in.

Quality matched the price

The staff were excellent; very friendly and professional. The room was decent and clean. The bed was comfortable. The facility is undergoing renovations and it was obvious that the room I was in hadn’t been renovated, yet. There were water pipes running along the ceiling in the bathroom. The pipes needed to be cleaned, and the bottom of the tub was discolored. Breakfast was fair.

Property had no service animal rooms and still charged me. I called to speak to a manager several times with no call back. Ridiculous. Not to mention the extra traffic and sketchy characters I would never recommend. Majorly of the door locks do not work and smells like an ashtray. 10 out of 10 would never ever recommend and will never stay at a Wyndham property again.
