Bring the fam to our bright and cheery, fully equipped little “home away from home.” 1216 sq ft located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Rathdrum -- only 18 min South of Silverwood/24 min NW of Coeur d’Alene. Fast Wi-FI for work or play. Private fenced back yard and room to park your boat so you can enjoy sun, sand, swimming, water sports and fishing at several nearby lakes. 15 min to beautiful golf course at Twin Lakes Resort (and others!). One hour to snow ski heaven at Schweitzer!
The space
Comfy family home, ready for YOU and yours!

Amenities:
• Living Room: large sectional with pull-out bed, ottoman and chair; TV with fast WI-FI/Internet, Electric Fireplace, Ceiling fan
• Kitchen – fully stocked with everything you need, DW/Oven/Crockpot/Toaster Oven/Blender/Pots/Pans/Bakeware/Spices/Oils – you name it!
• Dining Room – seating for 6 at table, 2 at kitchen island. We also have a little portable high chair seat in the garage if needed.
• Master Bedroom: queen memory foam, TV with WIFI, Spectrum Cable; USB charging station on nightstands; filled bookcase; chair, desk for those who need to work remotely
• Master Bathroom: tub, shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided; hair dryer
• Queen Guest Room: queen memory foam mattress, USB charging station on lamps
• Twin Guest Room: two twins beds with innerspring mattresses, USB charging station on lamps, toys and games in closet! We also have a pak-n-play in the garage to bring in if needed!
• Hall Bathroom: tub, shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided; hair dryer
• Utility Room: washer/dryer; laundry soap and dryer sheets provided; iron/ironing board
• Garage has PING PONG table, outdoor games; RV or Boat Parking in driveway or graveled area

Other things to note
Because of the square footage, and our desire to keep our home inviting for guests, we have a firm limit of 6 guests using beds and one person on the pullout couch. This is not a home to "pack people into!" :) Special requests may be granted for INFANTS (in addition to the 6 guests in beds, 1 on couch bed), but for sanitation reasons, no one should be sleeping on couches without using supplied bedding. Please email for special requests and describe intended sleeping arrangements for infants. Note there may be an extra cost per night for over 7 guests.

This is the most well stocked kitchen at any vacation home we have ever stayed! Comfortable beds and very clean! The yard games were excellent and patio furniture so comfortable! We will stay again for sure!

This home had absolutely everything we could need for our stay and even more. We were beyond comfortable and quite enjoyed all the little perks of the home including a beautiful yard with fire pit, yard games and all the coziness inside. We highly recommend and hope to be able to stay here again!!

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean and comfortable. The perfectly place to rest after a long (and fun) day at Silverwood. Wallace (co-host) was very friendly and helpful. I called when my car had a dead battery and she was more than willing to help. Id definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable house great location

House is surprisingly spacious for a group of 6 including 4 teenagers. Bedrooms are adequate size kitchen is average size but well laid out and equipped with all you need to cook and dine in. Great outdoor areas we didn’t use the garage but you could to play ping pong etc. bathrooms are spacious. Host is exceptionally nice and accommodating we had a few questions and I lost the door code and she responded quickly. House is close to silverwood and couerdalene and in a well established quiet neighborhood. If your looking for a good affordable rental for 6 adults this is definitely worth the rent absolutely no complaints at all
