Luxurious Holiday Home in Rauris With ski Storage and bbq

You'll find this spacious, detached house directly by the piste and within walking distance from the pleasant and well-known village of Rauris.

The location is perfect, especially in the winter. A real ski in, ski out location, because the piste runs along the house. The house has a spacious layout and features a garage and ski storage in the basement. On the ground floor, you'll find 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is interconnected with another bedroom furnished with one double bed and a single high sleeper bed. This floor also has a third bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor, you'll find 2 kitchens, a separate toilet, a second ski storage room, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a huge living room with dining area, open fireplace, TV and lounge area. Here you can, with the entire group, play games, watch TV or enjoy a drink at the crackling fire. This room also provides access to two large terraces, which offer some stunning views. On the second floor, you'll find another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom, a 3-person children's bedroom and a living room with a large dining table, open fireplace and a nice lounge area. Ideal for families or friends travelling together or if you need more bedrooms.

Rauris is a very nice village with many facilities. The surrounding mountains are part of Hohe Tauern National Park and many activities are organised both in summer and winter. Rauris has its own skiing area, but if you want to go skiing somewhere else, you can easily get to the Gasteinertal or Hochkönig area.

You can arrive at this holiday home from 11 a.m. and store your luggage in a lockable room. You can enter your holiday home from 4 p.m. Before that time, we might still be cleaning it. The luggage storage facility allows you to enjoy your arrival day on the piste or elsewhere without a worry!
