It is fully equipped with all the amenities of luxurious living with swimming pool Jacuzzi, kitchen area that well for prepare your meals including fridges, a freezer, oven microwave grill and Nespresso Coffee machine, Living Room with the comfy sofa that can comfortably seating up to 2 people and comes with entertainment that have a big LED TV, a large choice of international satellite channels, DVD player and also WiFi internet.

HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
