It was ok.

I liked the hotel. Except that there’s mold in the bathroom. You can see the spots on the ceilings but I have send this in many hotels.

Came recommended.

Was in a great location, but was very dated, the only really good features were the location right on the beach and the pool area. needs a total modernization. the internet was terrible, everything was worn, we only had hot water in the morning. If its re fitted then it would be a good hotel. The staff however were good and professional.

Ficamos no 20° andar, problema do nosso quarto (2006) foi que ventou muito (chuvas) e a porta não trancava, fora que ficava balançando com o vento, então a dormida foi barulhenta demais. A piscina precisa duma limpeza com bucha nas bordas, está acumulando lodo. A porta do banheiro não fechava porque estava com a parte do trinco quebrada (madeira não aguentou). E no box do banheiro, também precisa passar uma bucha (parte da palha de aço nas paredes, também está acumulando lodo). De resto, estadia fantástica, com pequenos ajustes a serem feitos.

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro bem equipado (sabonete, shampoo, secador de cabelo), o telefone do meu quarto (1707) não fazia ligação para a recepção e o Hotel diz que tem estacionamento, mas o valor é pago fora a parte. A vista do meu quarto foi um espetáculo a parte! O sol nasce de frente para a varanda! Apto super ventilado.

Precário

O hotel é velho e está totalmente abandonado de manutenção, sendo que os ralos, pisos do banheiro estão totalmente encrustrados de sujeira e nojentos. O balcão que apoia a TV e esconde o frigobar está sem lateral, a madeira foi retirada. O cofre estava com o fio quebrado e não funcional. Sobre o atendimento não houve problemas, achamos os funcionários todos simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar. O café da manhã é razoavel, não sentimos necessidade de nada, apenas achamos que a limpeza estava muito precário. Não utilizamos a piscina.

Estadia confortável, mas com pontos negativos.

A estadia foi tranquila. O quarto é limpo, confortável e organizado, embora eu não possa dizer que é uma "suíte luxo", como foi oferecido. Os móveis e a tv realmente são antigos, mas nada que tenha nos afetado. Achei o check-in muito demorado. Cheguei às 14h10 e só fui entrar no quarto aproximadamente às 15h. A atendente não teve culpa, estava sozinha na recepção e foi muito cordial. Embora a cama seja enorme e confortável, senti falta de um edredon. O lençol é muito fino. O café da manhã é fraco. Tinha pouca variedade de comida, mas as coisas eram gostosas. Em dado momento um funcionário bateu à porta para conferir o frigobar, mas como nós estávamos dormindo, não ouvimos as batidas. Acordei com o som da porta abrindo e pedi para que ele voltasse em outra hora. Achei invasivo o fato dele ter aberto a porta sem uma confirmação de que podia entrar. Na praia há um barraqueiro que passa a manhã e a tarde inteiras com música alta, mas não é culpa do hotel. Também conseguia escutar muito barulho das pessoas que estavam no corredor e na parte da piscina, então a proteção contra som que o hotel promete não é realmente boa. Fiquei em um quarto em frente ao mar e a vista compensou as coisas negativas.
