The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

Hotel péssimo. Estrutura física velha e mal cuidada. Cama extremamente desconfortável, roupa de cama e banho sujas. Nos corredos dos quartos tem naftalina espalhada por todos os cantos, o cheiro é horrivel. O chuveiro do quarto nao esquentava. Solicitei que fosse feita a troca da roupa de cama e fui tratada por um dos funcionários com deboche. Ao lado do hotel existe um prédio abandonado com vários focos de água parada (risco de dengue), além da região do mesmo ser cheia de moradores de rua e usuarios de droga nas imediações. Foi uma péssima experiência, não consegui ficar até o final da hospedagem, desistindo da mesma e buscando outro hotel. As fotos não coincidem com a realidade. Não recomendo.

Acomodação muito antiga e sem manutenção, toalhas encardidas, lençóis velhos, muito barulho nas janelas que não permite um bom sono (janelas de alumínio, o vento bate e faz muito barulho). Vidro na porta do quarto, entra muita claridade o tempo inteiro. Precisa urgente de manutenção! Café da manhã agradável!

Equipe ótima. Mas a estrutura por se tratar de um prédio antigo necessita de reformas, melhorar quartos, banheiros, se caso já iniciaram em alguns pontos, já significa alguma coisa e aos poucos vai ficando mais agradável. O hotel fica em ótima localização, ao lado da rua que fica o galo da madrugada. É possível visitar pontos turísticos a pé.

O hotel está com uma estrutura antiga, mas o preço e a localização são ótimos. Se você é acostumado com ambientes luxuosos, não vai encontrar nada disso, mas se você estiver a procura de algo simples, com preço bacana, vá tranquilo. A vista do terraço é muito linda.

Tive problema desde a chegada. Fiz o checkin e mandaram esperar. Mas chegaram muitas pessoas que faziam checkin e liberavam pra os quartos. Após 20 min e depois do segundo questionamento, sem nem explicaram o motivo, a colega do rapaz que me atendeu pegou o quarto e liberou nossa ida ao quarto. Só havia 1 toalha e não 2, mesmo assim suja. Foi solicitado e mesmo assim só veio 1, não tinha mais. Lençóis aparentemente velhos, cheiro de água sanitária neles. As imagens da internet não condiziam com a realidade. Móvel velho, coisa quebrada. O café da manhã não era lá essas coisas e tinha suco de pacote; não era da fruta. E a piscina estava suja, muito suja. Enfim, uma estadia que não foi barata pra nos depararmos com uma realidade como esta. Não recomendo.
