We loved our room with a walk out into the courtyard. There is a mini putting green and the pool was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

- The gym is a relatively full gym with more than enough equipment for a good workout which is nice compared to most hotels. - The pool and hot tub were super nice after a long day on the road. - Management/check in were very kind and called me back down to the front after I left my headphones on the counter.

Room 909. Some of the plugs did not work. If I want to be critical I will say the lawn needed to be cut but we enjoyed outstay. Will be back.

The electrical plugs did not work. plus the bathroom shower stop was broken in room 404 I did like the service and it was very clean. Food in restaurant was good and so was the service.

I stayed for two nights in a pet-friendly, traditional room. The room is not at all like the pictures on Expedia. The hallways and room itself are very run-down with fraying carpet and furniture. The room is dark with very little natural light from the small bank of windows. That being said, the bed and linens were very clean and quite comfortable. The TV was large and new. The shower was quick to heat up and has great water pressure. There was a note in the room indicating that they are in the process of completing renovations, so hopefully they will be providing a much-needed facelift to the space. I ate in the Garden Terrace Lounge twice and both times the food was good and decently priced. The service was great. Overall, my stay was okay given what I paid per night but I will be exploring a different hotel the next time I’m in Red Deer.
