This great 2-bedroom end-unit condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. The first bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a queen and there is a queen air dream sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has a gas fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, and front and back porches and balconies; as well as 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free town trolley service is offered to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street.
*Valley Condo Unit 126 is a dog-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken dogs per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00 each. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after dog(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

Red River Valley Condos

We were disappointed at the location: NOT WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN No hot water Oven smoked so no cookies for Santa Sofa bed was in usable mattress was coils and a sheet. Unit was leaning and all floors creaked excessively Everyone in the family had to take turns sleeping on couch’s Overall disappointing for the price old and rundown.
