Beautiful location but dated. Room was spacious and was upgraded but smelled musty. Phone didn’t work, hot tub permanently closed, bed too soft, but lovely sheets! Mini fridge was not cold to keep Medication cooled. Still decent for the price.

While the front desk lady was very nice, the hotel itself is dirty and ran down. Stains on the bedding, no hot water in the morning and our entire group was told “sorry”, that was all. We ended up having to go out to breakfast as the included breakfast was awful.

The hotel was in terrible shape. The elevator near the C door has an expired inspection certificate. There was no hot water available for a shower the morning we departed. Carpets through the hotel and our room were dirty and soiled.

My room was adequate but clean. My most serious issue is that the outside doors have no locks and anyone can enter the building at any time of day or night, so for a single person I didn’t feel safe. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it has really gone down hill.

The staff was very friendly and the entrance and courtyard are nice. The room was old, quilt was ragged and torn, there was trash in one of the cans, there was hair on the floor of the bathroom, the walls are filthy. It definitely needs some work!

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was fine. The only issue was the there was no exterior handle on one of the entrance doors from the parking lot, so guests would prop the door open. This could easily result in unauthorized access to the hotel.
