I was extremely impressed with the young man who looked after me when I felt unwell after arriving. I wish I could remember his name but I believe he may have been in charge of the dining area. I cannot praise him highly enough. Special thanks too, to Reception who worked hard to find a taxi firm prepared to take me and my little dog to the railway station. It seems taxi drivers do not like dogs in Redditch!

Great value for an excellent hotel

Great venue. Beds very comfortable, everywhere was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The spa facilities were lovely, the pool area and the gym were excellent.

Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast. Recommend you check out both bars as one of them has a great view over the golf course. The hotel was fairly quiet. The car park was busy but spaces were available. Would recommend. Check out the needle museum, it is worth a visit.

Restricted times for families / kids to use swimming pool thats not advertised on the website. Mechanical pump running somewhere but all night preventing a getting to sleep. Sounded like someone descretly tried the rooms door handle at 04.45 hrs.

Staff was nice. We stayed in the Leamington suite, it had no hot water to have a shower, the staff gave us another room to go and have a shower there and that wasnt much better. So wasnt to impressed we had to have a cold shower.
