Pool was closed - if i had known that, i would have stayed elsewhere. Room was dirty… empty coke bottles in the corner, spilled food on the floor. Appeared as though the beds had been remade after the last guest, and that’s it.

Stayed there before and had no problems This time had no cold water and the room was so hot. Check in and the the employee was in her phone and not very helpful.

This is an apartment, not a motel room... two separate rooms linked by a full bath and a kitchen... a bit much for an overnight stay. The room was clean... the staff efficient... we called ahead because the word about our traveling with a cat is not getting through our Expedia/Travelocity booking process... this had been a serious problem. We may have to stop using Travelocity to book our road trips...
