The door to the room stuck and was hard to open. The back was missing from the remote. Went to the pool in the morning and there was no towels, called the front desk and they never brought towels before we had to go. There was garbage on the floor in the pool area, it clearly wasn't cleaned overnight

It was an okay 3 star hotel. Nothing that really blew my mind. Parking was an issue between 6 and 10pm because of the restaurant in front. Perhaps the reaon it wasnt 5 stars was that some hotels have been offering room upgrades or giving courtesy calls for Expedia Gold memebers to go that extra mile for a positive experience, and Sandman didn't do that.

This was the first hotel we had stayed in that gave our pup complimentary treats and she loved them! It was also clean and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Stayed years ago when it was brand new and it’s even better than before. The remodel is gorgeous. The kids loved the pool. It’s a small area but clean and maintained.
