Summary:

Gorgeous, modern, bright and open renovated Rehoboth home with 4 large bedrooms (each with king bed!) and a new HOT TUB, 2 nice bathrooms, fenced yard, parking for 3 cars, FIRE PIT, and grill and on a quiet, tree lined street one block off Rehoboth Ave and 2 blocks to Dogfish Head! Dogs are allowed for a $100 fee per stay (3 dogs max, can not be left alone overnight). Only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk too.



The Space:

Huge open living room space with exposed rafters, leading to an open kitchen with two breakfast bars, new quartz counters, stainless appliances and laundry area, followed by a large dining room, screened porch, fenced yard and outdoor shower. Floors, counters and cabinets are brand new, as are the bathrooms. There is a lovely screened porch off the back, plus a grilling area, outdoor shower and dining area too. There are four large bedrooms, each with a king bed and storage, plus two new bathrooms, and new flooring throughout the entire home. The front porch is great for people watching too!



Guest Access:

Guests will enter with a door code for the front or side door.



The Neighborhood:

The street is gorgeous, with large mature trees shading the area, and you're just off the main drag of Rehoboth Avenue, complete with some of Delaware's best restaurants all just a few blocks away: Dogfish Head, Chesapeake and Maine, Houston White, Henlopen Oyster House, Salt Air, Lupo, Back Porch, and more!



Getting Around:

Easily park in the three parking spots at the house, and walk to the boardwalk and beach in just 15 minutes. Or drive to a parking spot if you have a bunch of stuff- only about five minutes to the breakers!



Other Things to Note:

You'll want to get a daily or weekly parking pass for street parking if you have more than 3 cars or choose to drive to the beach. If you have dogs, make sure you go to the south end of the beach (by Queen St), where you can also sometimes buy
