Pet-Friendly Retreat:
We welcome your furry friends! (Dogs only, max of 2). There is an additional fee of $50 per night or $225 per week. Please note your pet in the reservation or call us ahead of time. They'll love the dog park!

Boat Slip Details:
Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are conveniently within walking distance. Be sure to call us when booking your stay to reserve your slip! The slips accommodate boats up to 32 feet in length, with an average water depth of 4 feet at low tide.

Wonderful Location for a Welcoming House

The view of the bay from the house is amazing - especially to watch the sunrise. The house has a bedroom with an en--suite which works well for families. The kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan in the living area makes it great for large groups. There is plenty of seating. Traffic and parking aren't issues in the winter. I would imagine they would be more of a challenge in full season but the location and the ability to boat / swim / crab right there would make up for it.

Great winter vacation!

My sisters and my nieces wanted a beachy winter vacation and this was perfect!!!! The location was perfect. It was right on the water. The house was absolutely beautiful! I was able to bring my dog, which was amazing. We all enjoyed walks on the beach. The whole Bay area was perfect. The playground was nice for the kids too. We would definitely consider this place again next winter. Thank you!

Great week on the bay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the bay at Pot-Nets Bayside. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and fully furnished with just about anything you need. With easy access to the pool, the beach and shopping we couldn’t have asked for more. Debbie was so easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions. I highly recommend the house and location!

We had a very great time, only thing you should bring are towels because the towels was hard....The carpet needed steam cleaning .Other than that everything was spacious, clean. And remember to bring bigger pots and pans if you gonna have a lot of food to cook..

Girls Relaxing Weekend

The location and property couldn't have been nicer. It was right on the waterfront which made nights and early morning water gazing absolutely amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures, was super clean (always a plus), and I adored the oversized kitchen. Debbie the property manager was easy to access and able to answer questions/concerns immediately. I am planning another trip just to be able to rent the space again. I can't say enough good things about the place..

Disappointment

I have rent many home homes thru Vrbo from New York to Tennessee and this is the 1st time I have been unhappy with a place I have rented . The view from the porch was excellent especially the sunrise and sunset . The main area of the house was nice for large family gatherings . The kitchen was so poorly stocked it was amazing especially if you are trying to cook for a crowd . It had one large pot , one small frying pan , one cereal bowel , not enough forks . The rugs in the entire place where so dirty it was disgusting . They all need to be thrown out and changed . Some of the bedspreads had stains and rips on them . Only one bedroom came close to what they showed on the website . I don’t know where they get there towels from but I would suggest you bring your own they are very small , and rough , there was no dish towels at all . The mattress pads on some of the beds need to be replaced as well as the blankets . I noticed there where mice traps all over the place not sure if it’s a constant issue but we did not see any . The bathrooms where not as cleaned as in other homes we have stayed in . The area is a little strange the house is very nice from the outside then you walk around the corner and there are houses with no siding stuff thrown all around the property . We actually left a little before the 7 days because we where not happy with this place . This is the 1st time I have had a bad house rental thru vrbo .

Fall getaway

We had Thanksgiving holiday here for a beautiful fall getaway. We walked by the water, played at the playground and had a gorgeous sunny dinner on the porch. Property manager was helpful, responsive and accommodating! Property was clean and modern in design. Very spacious and the best location in the neighborhood.

Wonderful time with friends and family!

Debbie responded promptly to each question I had. The microwave failed on the 4th day of our vacation, which was bothersome, but otherwise excellent time! I would recommend that floors actually be mopped and area carpets cleaned more often; feet/socks black with dirt each day because floors appeared only to be swept/vacuumed, not mopped.

One of our best vacations!

We all had an absolute blast on this vacation. Our two families have been vacationing together for over 15 years in various locations, so picking a house is always interesting as there are various "wants" and needs. As soon as we all stepped into this house, we were in love! The spaciousness, the amenities, and the front porch/view were perfect! The proximity to the community beach and Paradise Grill were perfect and having the golf cart to sight-see and get us to the pools was an absolute plus. Debbie was amazing - helping us out when the golf cart was not charging and just generally communicating with us from start to finish was an added bonus. Overall, we all had a very relaxing, fun-filled vacation, and there is a very good chance that we may be booking the exact same location and house for our summer vacation 2020! Thank you!
